Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a practical, learnable process for communicating with empathy, honesty, power and compassion. During this day Bridget will use one of the NVC Dance Floors – a method for learning, practising and teaching NVC co-created by Bridget and her colleague Gina Lawrie.

Bridget will work with real life examples from participants to explore challenging communication situations on the ’13 Step Dance Floor’. This is a floor map that people walk through to discover this compassionate and empowering way of communicating. After each example there will be time for questions and discussion, to unpack the learning arising.

Come and experience lively learning from real examples, the clarity and subtlety of NVC in action, and the sound and feel of this compassionate language in action.
